1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of AI audio mastering services provided by mytone.

2. Service

mytone provides AI-powered mastering for user-uploaded audio files. Users can direct mastering through natural language instructions.

3. Membership

Sign up via email or social login (Google, Kakao, Naver).
Free: 1 song, 3 mastering runs.
Pro: 10 songs, 100 masterings/month.
Premium: 100 songs, 300 masterings/month.

4. Payment & Refunds

Paid services processed via PortOne (KakaoPay, TossPay, PayPal).
Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly.
Cancel anytime; service continues until billing period ends.

5. Copyright

Copyright of uploaded files and mastered results belongs to the user. mytone processes files solely for service provision.

6. Prohibited

Uploading copyrighted material without permission.
Illegal use of the service.
Interfering with service operations.

7. Disclaimer

Due to AI-based processing, mytone does not guarantee specific mastering outcomes. Not responsible for interruptions from maintenance or force majeure.
